We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead an established 4-bed residential home for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) based in Oadby, Leicestershire. The home is fully operational with a committed staff team already in place, so you can hit the ground running from day one.

Package

  • £47,000 base salary
  • Performance-related bonus of up to £1,500 per month
  • Bonuses are linked to occupancy, staff retention, training compliance, and quality outcomes
  • OTE up to £65,000

About the Role

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, day-to-day management, and regulatory compliance of the home. You will inspire and support your team to deliver outstanding, child-centred care and ensure the best possible outcomes for the young people in your care.

What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in residential childcare (or equivalent)
  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management is desirable but not essential
  • Current or previous registration as a manager with Ofsted
  • Proven experience working with children and young people with EBD
  • Strong leadership, safeguarding, and communication skills
  • A genuine passion for making a positive difference in young people's lives
