We are pleased to invite applications for a committed and passionate Registered Manager to lead our residential home in Northampton, supporting children and young people aged 8–18 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.
As the Registered Manager, you will be instrumental in building and leading a newly formed team dedicated to delivering exceptional standards of care. You will oversee the recruitment, development, and motivation of staff, fostering a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for vulnerable young people. While the role brings varied challenges, each day offers meaningful impact and the opportunity to make a lasting difference.
What They are Looking For in a Registered Children’s Residential Home Manager:
- Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a children’s residential setting
- Previous management experience in a children’s home is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and relevant legislation
- In-depth understanding of safeguarding procedures
- Energetic, confident, and inspiring leadership skills
- Proficient with computer systems and IT
- Highly organised with excellent multitasking abilities
