We are recruiting for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a growing Domiciliary & Supported Living service based in Newbury. The service is currently delivering just over 400 care hours per week, supporting a range of service users within the community. This is a great opportunity for a manager looking to take ownership of a developing service, with scope to drive quality, compliance, and continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations across domiciliary and supported living services
- Manage and develop the current 400 care hours per week
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, and quality standards
- Lead, recruit, and develop care and office teams
- Maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and professionals
- Drive service growth and improve operational performance
- Oversee care planning, rotas, and service delivery

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary or supported living services
- Strong understanding of CQC compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Experience managing and developing care services
- Clinical experience (desirable)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
