Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality nursing care on night shifts
- Carry out wound care, catheter care, and venepuncture as required
- Lead and supervise the care team on shift
- Conduct staff supervisions and support team development
- Manage medication, care planning, and clinical records
- Support residents with older person care, dementia, and mental health needs
- Ensure CQC compliance and safeguarding standards
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
- Strong clinical skills including wound care, catheter care, and bloods
- Previous experience supervising and managing care staff
- Confident leading a night shift
- Compassionate, reliable, and person‑centred approach
