An established nursing home is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to provide strong clinical leadership within a medium-sized service rated "Good" by CQC across all areas. This is a key clinical leadership role focused on delivering safe, effective, person-centred care to elderly residents, including those with palliative care needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide visible clinical leadership to the nursing and care teams
  • Oversee delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
  • Lead on care planning, risk assessments, and clinical decision-making
  • Manage medication systems, audits, and clinical governance
  • Support residents with elderly and palliative care needs
  • Lead clinical supervision, appraisals, and competency assessments

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse
  • Strong clinical experience within elderly and palliative care

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
