Registered Manager – Supported Living

Location: Manchester

Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 per annum

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm + On-Call | Full‑Time, Permanent

An established care provider seeks an experienced registered manager to lead a supported living service across seven homes in the Manchester area, supporting thirty‑five residents with mental health needs. This leadership role manages a sizeable team and multi‑site operation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day‑to‑day management of seven supported living homes
  • Oversee care delivery for thirty‑five residents with mental health needs
  • Lead, develop, and support a team of around thirty staff
  • Ensure full CQC compliance and quality standards
  • Manage care planning, assessments, and reviews
  • Build strong relationships with local authorities and commissioners
  • Participate in the on‑call rota

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a registered manager in supported living
  • Level5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (essential)
  • Strong CQC and care planning knowledge
  • Experience working with local authorities
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
  • Confident, hands‑on leader
  • Sponsorship not available

A supported living service operating across seven homes in the Manchester area, supporting thirty‑five residents with mental health needs, delivered by a team of approximately thirty staff.
