We’re seeking a seasoned Responsible Individual (or exceptional Registered Manager) to lead safeguarding, governance and high-quality care for children who’ve experienced developmental trauma.
You will oversee designated homes, support Registered Managers, ensure compliance with The Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted, and drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes
