An established independent, family-run veterinary practice is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a minimum of 2 years' post-graduate experience to join a friendly, supportive team. The practice offers an outstanding work-life balance, with shifts organised well in advance so candidates can plan and book holidays.
The Role
- Deliver high-quality veterinary care across a varied and growing caseload
- Work alongside Advanced Practitioners in Orthopaedics and Dermatology
- Support the in-house referral service, receiving surgical referrals from regional practices
- Contribute to a progressive, team-focused practice culture
- 4-day working week with 2 x 5pm finishes and 2 x 7pm finishes
- 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (8:30am – 12pm)

An independent, family-run veterinary practice with a strong reputation for clinical excellence and a supportive team ethos. The practice has expanded with a dedicated referrals arm, drawing surgical cases from regional practices and offering significant variety and case exposure. Advanced Practitioners in Orthopaedics and Dermatology are based in-house.
