Registered Care Manager – Domiciliary Care

Location: Chingford / Loughton

Salary: From Β£40,000 per annum + performance-based bonus

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm + on-call

Contract type: Full-Time, Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day running of the domiciliary and live-in care service
  • Ensure full CQC compliance and person-centred care
  • Manage rotas, care planning, and quality assurance
  • Lead and develop the care and office team
  • Build relationships with private clients, families, and professionals

Requirements

  • Experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or Care Coordinator ready to step up
  • Strong CQC and safeguarding knowledge
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Sponsorship not available
