An established care provider is seeking a Dual Registered Manager to oversee two small, specialist services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Both services are within walking distance and support 6 and 7 individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of two residential services
  • Ensure high-quality, person-centred care for all individuals
  • Lead and develop staff teams across both services
  • Maintain full CQC compliance and governance standards
  • Manage staffing levels, rotas, and resource allocation
  • Support referrals, assessments, and service development
  • Liaise with families, professionals, and external stakeholders
  • Support individuals with complex needs and behaviours

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy Manager within LD services
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
  • Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple services effectively
