About the Organisation
We are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established, family‑run, not‑for‑profit children’s residential provider that has been delivering high‑quality care since 2010. The provider operates six homes, all rated Good by Ofsted, and focuses on staff investment, stability and long‑term outcomes for young people.
About the Home
This role is based within two solo placement EBD homes supporting one young person in a stable, low‑risk environment.
- Current placement settled and engaging well
- Attends school daily

About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop a stable, supportive staff team
- Ensure high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations
- Maintain and develop a therapeutic, child‑centred environment
- Work closely with a highly supportive and accessible Operations Manager
- Build positive relationships with professionals, families, and stakeholders
- Maintain strong safeguarding and care planning standards
