As a Fertility Nurse, you will play a central role in our clinic's operations, providing essential guidance, support, and care to our valued patients. If you possess qualities such as empathy, discretion, care, and compassion in your nursing practice, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting patients with education, guidance, and emotional care
  • Preparing and assisting in theatre procedures such as egg retrieval, embryo transfer, sperm retrieval and gynaecological procedures
  • Assisting in recovery and ensuring patient comfort post‑procedure
  • Carrying out phlebotomy and general nursing duties
  • Working closely with senior nurses and clinicians to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) or Registered Midwife
  • Active NMC PIN
  • Competent in phlebotomy
  • Minimum 18 months post‑qualification experience
  • Background in gynaecology, women’s health, sexual health, or midwifery
  • Previous fertility experience would be advantageous but not essential
  • Genuine interest in fertility and long‑term development in the field
  • Happy to participate in on‑call emergency phone calls (paid on an additional daily rate)

Ideal Candidate

  • Passionate about nursing and patient care
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Willingness to support others

Benefits: On‑call emergency phone work is paid at an additional daily rate. We offer a £200 voucher for every successful recommendation/referral.
