We are working with a fantastic independent fertility clinic based in the North London area. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a talented and ambitious Specialist or Consultant in IVF and Reproductive Medicine to join their high-performing medical team in London. This is a rare opportunity to practice at the forefront of reproductive medicine, contributing to advanced treatment protocols while supporting patients on one of the most important journeys of their lives.

The Role

As a Specialist or Consultant in IVF and Reproductive Medicine, you will deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients undergoing fertility treatment. You will be part of a pioneering team in a supportive clinical environment, with a strong emphasis on patient satisfaction, safety, and outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective clinical management of patients alongside fellow consultants.
  • Conduct consultations, transvaginal ultrasound scans, egg collections, embryo transfers, and other IVF-related procedures.
  • Take part in the on-call rota, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Maintain high standards of patient safety, auditing your own practice regularly.
  • Support the clinic’s growth strategy with professionalism and innovation.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Attend clinical meetings and contribute to research, training, and audit programmes.
  • Represent the clinic at open evenings and patient-facing events when required.
  • Ensure compliance with HFEA and all relevant regulatory frameworks.

Candidate Requirements

  • Full GMC registration and licence to practice in the UK.
  • MRCOG or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
  • Proven competence in IVF-related procedures, including transvaginal scanning.
  • Relevant specialist or consultant-level experience in reproductive medicine.
  • Commitment to clinical governance, patient-centred care, and continuous improvement.
