We are recruiting a Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to lead an established domiciliary care service in Horsham. The provider operates multiple branches across the UK, offering a stable and supportive structure for the incoming manager. This is a solid operational role for an experienced domiciliary manager who knows how to manage and grow a service.
The Role
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, and quality standards
- Lead, manage, and develop care and office-based teams
- Manage and maintain strong local authority relationships and contracts
- Oversee rotas, care planning, and service performance
- Drive service improvement and support sustainable growth in care hours
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
- Strong working knowledge of local authority commissioning and contracts
- Solid understanding of CQC compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
