We have recently been tasked with helping a local organisation find a new Home Manager for their 84 bedded service. As Care Home Manager, you will draw upon your leadership skills and extensive knowledge as you will be responsible for the running of all aspects of the home. You will ensure it maintains the highest standards of care whilst running it as efficiently as possible. Also managing the commercial success of the home.
There will be support from the Directors and Regional Managers with a well-staffed team in place ready to be led!

This Care Home is a tasteful, modern development, with a team of qualified and professional staff members who are committed to providing care of the highest standard. The home is well-resourced and equipped to support that objective.
Having a unique interior design that is often compared to that of a modern hotel, being bright and attractive, as well as spacious – and therefore ideal for the provision of efficient and sensitive care.
Resident health, hygiene and nutrition are the main focus for staff, together with the desire to provide a safe, supportive and secure environment, where relatives feel confident in the care being provided for their loved ones
