Home Manager β Dementia Nursing Home
Location: Crewe
Salary: Β£70,000βΒ£75,000 (DOE) including paid breaks
Hours: Full-time

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a dementia-focused nursing home. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RGN, RMN or RNLD with a strong background in both nursing and care home management. The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the effective management and delivery of the service, ensuring high standards of care, clinical practice and resident outcomes.
Role
As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the care home, working closely with the wider management team to maintain excellent standards across the service.
Responsibilities
- Overall management and leadership of the care home.
- Providing strong clinical and nursing oversight.
- Ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred and high-quality care.
- Leading and supporting the nursing and care teams.
- Managing staff performance, development and training.
- Completing and overseeing audits, quality assurance and compliance processes.
- Supporting occupancy and maintaining strong relationships with residents and their families.
- Overseeing nursing assessments and care planning.
- Ensuring the service remains compliant with relevant legislation and regulatory standards.
- Promoting a positive culture focused on dignity, safeguarding and excellent resident outcomes.
About You
The successful candidate will be a qualified: RGN / RMN / RNLD
- Experienced Home Manager or operating at an equivalent management level.
- Experienced within a dementia nursing home environment.
- Confident managing nursing teams and overseeing clinical standards.
- Experienced with audits, quality assurance, care planning and regulatory compliance.
- A strong leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Previous experience at Home Manager level is essential for this position.
