An established nursing home is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a supportive clinical team delivering high-quality residential and nursing care.
Role
- Deliver high-quality nursing and person-centred care
- Lead and support the care team on shift
- Carry out clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management
- Maintain accurate records and ensure CIW compliance
- Support residents with residential and nursing care needs
The Service A nursing home providing residential and nursing care for up to 40 service users in the Haverfordwest area.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
- Previous nursing home experience (preferred)
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and person-centred approach
