We’re seeking an experienced Support Team Leader to join a Supported Living service in Harrogate, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident senior support worker or existing team leader looking to progress within a supportive and growing service.
Key Requirements
- Minimum Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 preferred)
- Previous Team Leader or senior support experience
- Strong experience supporting learning disabilities and complex needs
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
The Role
