Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care
Location: Guildford, Surrey
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full‑Time, Permanent
Start: ASAP
Responsibilities
- Lead the day‑to‑day running of the Guildford branch and head office.
- Oversee delivery of approximately 600 care hours per week (local authority and private mix).
- Ensure full CQC compliance and delivery of person‐centred care.
- Lead and develop the care and office team.
- Drive service growth and manage rotas, care planning and quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
- Strong CQC and regulatory knowledge.
- Experience with both local authority and private clients.
- Full UK working rights; sponsorship not available.
