A nursing home with a maximum of 59 service users, providing residential, nursing, dementia residential, and dementia nursing care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality nursing and person‑centred care.
- Manage residents with complex nursing needs including tracheostomies, PEGs, diabetes, wounds, and catheters.
- Lead and support the care team on shift.
- Carry out clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure CQC compliance.
- Support residents with dementia and long‑term care needs.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN.
- Strong general clinical skills (tracheostomy, PEG, wound, catheter, diabetic care).
- Previous nursing home experience (preferred).
- Confident, person‑centred approach.
- Sponsorship not available.
