Location: Grimsby, Lincolnshire.

Pay Rate: £20.33 per hour, with a 15‑minute paid handover per shift.

Hours: 33 hours per week, Flexible Days and Nights, 12‑hour shifts (8am‑8pm / 8pm‑8am).

Contract: Permanent.

A nursing home with a maximum of 59 service users, providing residential, nursing, dementia residential, and dementia nursing care.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality nursing and person‑centred care.
  • Manage residents with complex nursing needs including tracheostomies, PEGs, diabetes, wounds, and catheters.
  • Lead and support the care team on shift.
  • Carry out clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure CQC compliance.
  • Support residents with dementia and long‑term care needs.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN.
  • Strong general clinical skills (tracheostomy, PEG, wound, catheter, diabetic care).
  • Previous nursing home experience (preferred).
  • Confident, person‑centred approach.
  • Sponsorship not available.
