As Supported Living Team Leader, you will:
- Support the day-to-day operations across six supported living sites
- Lead by example and provide hands‑on support to service users
- Supervise, mentor and guide support staff
- Assist with care planning, risk assessments and rota management
- Ensure high standards of person‑centred care and safeguarding
- Support compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
- Work collaboratively with families, professionals and external agencies
About You
- Experience within supported living, mental health or learning disability services
- Previous senior support worker or team leader experience
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and care standards
- Confidence supporting staff and leading shifts across multiple sites
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for delivering high‑quality support
