Registered Manager – Domiciliary & Supported Living
Location: Gravesend, Kent
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Hours: Full‑Time, Permanent
Start: Immediate

The Role

• Lead the day‑to‑day running of both the domiciliary and supported living services.
• Ensure full CQC compliance and high‑quality, person‑centred care.
• Manage rotas, staffing, and operational performance.
• Lead, develop, and support the care and office teams.
• Build relationships with private clients, families, and professionals.
• Drive service growth and quality improvement.
• Support in‑house training and staff development (Train the Trainer).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care and/or supported living.
• Level4 or Level5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
• Train the Trainer qualification.
• Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and safeguarding.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Sponsorship not available.

A combined domiciliary care and supported living service in the Gravesend area, delivering approximately 3,000 hours per week – all private client hours.
