Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent
An established domiciliary care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established service in the Glasgow area, delivering around 900 care hours per week through local authority contracts.
The Role
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
- Oversee delivery of approximately 900 care hours per week
- Ensure full Care Inspectorate compliance and person-centred care
- Manage rotas, care planning, and quality assurance
- Lead and develop the care and office team
- Oversee HR processes including recruitment, supervisions, and performance management
- Build strong relationships with the local authority and commissioners
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care
- SVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Care Services
- Strong operations and HR management experience
- Registered (or eligible) with SSSC as a Registered Manager
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
