Fertility Healthcare Assistant - Full-Time Position - Competitive Salary up to £32,000 (Depending on Experience) - Private Clinic - South East London

Responsibilities of the Fertility Healthcare Assistant:

  • Provide personalized care and assistance to patients.
  • Monitor vital signs, promptly communicating any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Administer prescribed medications following healthcare professionals' instructions.
  • Contribute to patient discharge procedures and actively participate in post-care follow-up.
  • Uphold a clean and secure environment, strictly adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Accurately document patient care activities and interventions.
  • Extend emotional support to patients and their families, offering reassurance and a compassionate ear.
  • Actively participate in training and development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements for the Fertility Healthcare Assistant:

  • NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • MUST have experience with Phlebotomy.
  • Caring and compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Effective prioritization and time management skills.
