Requirements for the Fertility Healthcare Assistant:
- NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- MUST have experience with Phlebotomy.
- Caring and compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Effective prioritization and time management skills.
