You will lead care practices, deputise for the Registered Manager, supervise staff and ensure safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
We require Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent), willingness to complete Level 5 Leadership & Management, strong communication skills, full UK driving licence, and flexibility for weekend and sleep-in shifts.
