Branch Manager / Deputy – Domiciliary Care

Location: Dudley and surrounding areas

Salary: £32,000 per annum

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (with flexibility as required)

An established domiciliary care provider is seeking a Branch Manager or Deputy ready to step up, to manage the day-to-day running of a service delivering primarily to local authority clients across the Dudley area.

The Role

  • Oversee the daily management of the domiciliary care service
  • Ensure full CQC compliance and high-quality, person-centred care
  • Lead, support, and develop the care and office team
  • Maintain effective relationships with local authorities and commissioners
  • Manage rotas, budgets, and performance monitoring
  • Drive service growth while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

  • Registered Manager experience, or a Deputy ready to step up
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
  • Proven track record with local authority contracts
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Compassionate, person-centred leadership approach
