Branch Manager / Deputy – Domiciliary Care
Location: Dudley and surrounding areas
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (with flexibility as required)

An established domiciliary care provider is seeking a Branch Manager or Deputy ready to step up, to manage the day-to-day running of a service delivering primarily to local authority clients across the Dudley area.
The Role
- Oversee the daily management of the domiciliary care service
- Ensure full CQC compliance and high-quality, person-centred care
- Lead, support, and develop the care and office team
- Maintain effective relationships with local authorities and commissioners
- Manage rotas, budgets, and performance monitoring
- Drive service growth while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- Registered Manager experience, or a Deputy ready to step up
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
- Proven track record with local authority contracts
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate, person-centred leadership approach
