I'm recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking care provider launching an exciting new domiciliary care service in Cromer. We're looking for an experienced and driven Domiciliary Care Manager to take the lead in setting up and managing this brand-new branch. This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up β shaping the culture, building the team, and creating a high-quality service that truly puts people first.
About the Role:
As the Registered Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of the new service, from compliance and recruitment to service development and day-to-day operations. You'll be fully supported by the senior leadership team as you grow the branch and deliver exceptional care in the local community.
