I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable domiciliary care provider in Southampton, currently seeking an experienced and driven Domiciliary Care Manager to join their team on a part-time basis (with flexibility for full-time if preferred). This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within a stable and supportive organisation that prides itself on delivering high-quality, person-centred care to people in their own homes.
The Role:
As the Domiciliary Care Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance, staff performance, and excellent standards of care. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, and the care team, while driving quality and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of domiciliary care services
- Lead a team of care coordinators and field staff
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
- Oversee care planning, assessments, and service user reviews
- Participate in on-call duties and support operational requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within domiciliary care
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
