This role is ideal for a passionate leader who is committed to delivering high quality person-centred care and leading a successful service. The successful candidate will oversee the daily running of the service, ensure compliance with CQC standards, support staff development, and maintain excellent levels of care and occupancy.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the CQC registered manager for the service
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service
- Ensure all care records are accurate and compliant
- Oversee staff payroll and rota management
- Monitor medication administration and record keeping
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and healthcare professionals
- Manage referrals and create care packages for service users
- Maintain full occupancy and support service growth
- Produce monthly reports and monitor service performance
- Ensure person-centred care plans are implemented and reviewed regularly
- Participate in the on-call rota with senior staff
- Support recruitment, supervision and staff development

Requirements:
