  • Recruit, build, and inspire a high‑performing, compassionate staff team
  • Drive high-quality care planning and practice, achieving positive outcomes for children and young people
  • Embed trauma-informed, therapeutic approaches into day‑to‑day care
  • Contribute to wider organisational growth as part of a supportive leadership community

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
  • A strong understanding of trauma-informed / therapeutic care
  • A consistent “children first” mindset and confident leadership style
