Clinical Services Manager – Requirements: Relevant clinical and managerial development. RN with valid NMC Registration and a Diploma/BSc in Nursing Studies. Strong understanding of Clinical Governance and NMC Code of Accountability. Experience in recruitment and selection. Clinical Services Manager – Key Responsibilities: Strategically manage clinical services for smooth operations. Lead and support clinical staff in alignment with hospital initiatives. Oversee staff deployment, supervision, and training. Drive staff development and ensure compliance with CQC standards. Maintain departmental cost-effectiveness through financial management. Provide clinical support with at least one clinical shift weekly. Salary & Benefits: Salary up to £58,000 plus a £3,000 sign-on bonus. 25 days holiday (increasing to 30 with service) plus bank holidays.
