Job Setting: My client requires a dedicated Clinical Lead to work within a beautiful nursing home in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire. The facility offers nursing care to elderly and dementia residents. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership qualities and be involved in staff management. You will assist the Home Manager in daily operations.

You will work directly with senior management, supervising staff and monitoring patient care. The role offers days, 42 hours per week, and provides ongoing training and development opportunities.
