We are excited to be working with a fantastic and well Established Children’s Home who is looking to bring on an experienced Registered Children’s Manager. As Home Manager, you’ll take the lead in a therapeutic residential children’s home in Greater Manchester. This is a high impact role with full support from a central team, so you can focus on what matters most: the children and the people who care for them. Their central team handles HR, recruitment, training coordination, rota planning, and monthly reports removing distractions so you can focus on care and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day operations of a residential children’s home
