Role Overview
Coordinate and oversee the delivery of domiciliary care services to ensure person‑centred, high‑quality support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain staff rotas, managing annual leave and ensuring adequate cover at all times
- Monitor missed and late visits, ensuring accurate documentation on the rostering system
- Supervise and support care staff, conducting inductions, supervisions, and appraisals
- Maintain care plans and records in line with CQC compliance requirements
- Liaise with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Manage on‑call duties as per the agreed rota
- Respond quickly and effectively to staffing shortages and service disruptions
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory or coordination role within domiciliary care
- Strong knowledge of rota planning and care delivery management
- NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (essential)
- Supervisory or management qualification (desirable)
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficient written skills and confident telephone manner
- Commutable to Wood Green, Tottenham, Palmers Green, Bounds Green, Muswell Hill, Hornsey, Edmonton, Enfield, and surrounding areas
