Registered Manager – Care Home
Location: Canvey Island; Salary: from £52,000 per annum (DOE); Hours: 40 hours per week; Contract: Permanent; Sponsorship: Not available.
Role
- Take full operational responsibility for the running of the service.
- Lead, motivate and develop a multi‑disciplinary team.
- Ensure delivery of safe, personalised and high‑quality care.
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and best practice standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Registered Manager or senior leadership role within a care or nursing setting.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and adult social care best practice.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
- Passionate commitment to person‑centred, high‑quality care.
Commutable areas include Canvey Island, Southend‑on‑Sea, Basildon, Benfleet, Rayleigh, Wickford and Chelmsford.
