Your Role:
As a valued Registered Nurse, you will oversee clinical aspects of each shift, ensuring excellent communication with residents, staff, and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respect the dignity, privacy, and cultural needs of all residents, staff, and visitors.
- Conduct thorough care assessments to meet the physical and psychological needs of residents.
- Foster positive relationships with GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Perform and record clinical observations daily according to digital personalized care plans.
- Keep Care Plans up-to-date and person-centered, collaborating with residents and their families.
- Ensure practice is evidence-based and person-centered.
- Manage and administer medications.
- Maintain CQC quality standards.
- Safeguard adults in our care.
