An established and highly respected care provider with over 40 years in the industry is looking for an experienced Operations & Compliance Manager to join their senior leadership team. This newly created role sits above the registered managers across their homecare and home service divisions, working closely with the directors to drive quality, compliance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations and compliance across multiple homecare and home service locations
- Provide leadership, support and accountability to registered managers
- Lead on CQC compliance, ensuring the business is consistently inspection‑ready
- Carry out and manage internal audits across the services
- Work closely with directors to identify and address areas of improvement
- Support development and performance of the management team
Requirements
- Significant experience in a senior operations or compliance role within social care
- Strong, demonstrable knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
- Proven experience carrying out internal audits
- Experience managing or overseeing multiple services
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) desirable
- A confident, driven and solutions‑focused approach
- Full UK driving licence essential
