An established and growing domiciliary care provider across East and West Sussex is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to step into a combined clinical and management role. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and lead specialist community services, with experience in neuro conditions such as MND and MS being a welcome advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of complex community care services
- Conduct holistic assessments and create personalised care plans
- Provide clinical oversight including medication management, wound care and catheter care
- Monitor and respond to changes in client health, escalating where necessary
- Support and guide care staff with clinical training and competency checks
- Work closely with GPs, families and community services
- Ensure full compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC PIN
- Experience in community or domiciliary care (preferred)
- Complex care planning experience (essential)
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and develop a team
- Experience with neuro conditions such as MND and MS (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Strong communication, assessment and organisational skills
