The role: As a Support Worker, you will provide day‑to‑day support, guidance, and care to children and young people living in the home. You'll be part of a team that puts the needs and wellbeing of every young person at the heart of everything it does. You will work on a shift rota pattern, including evenings, weekends, and sleep‑in duties, ensuring young people have the support they need around the clock.
