Registered Manager (NMC Registered Nurse) – Care Home
Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester
Salary: £53,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm
Employment: Full‑time, Permanent
Start: ASAP
The service is a 35‑bedded care home in Bolton, currently 30 occupancy, with strong scope for growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall management and day‑to‑day running of the home.
- Maintain full CQC compliance and quality standards.
- Oversee occupancy growth, staffing, and operational performance.
- Lead, develop, and support the nursing and care team.
- Manage clinical governance, audits, and care planning.
- Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and commissioners.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN (essential).
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a care home setting.
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and governance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Sponsorship not available.
