Role
- Lead the setup, registration, and opening of the home
- Develop a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for young people
- Build, lead, and manage a dedicated staff team

Requirements
- Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential setting within the last 5 years
- Have experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and regulations
- Be confident in opening and developing a new service
- Be resilient, values‑led, and committed to achieving positive outcomes for children
