Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a domiciliary care service from launch through to scale
- Build strong working relationships with local authorities, NHS/ICB commissioners, hospital discharge teams and other healthcare professionals
- Drive the development of new care packages and increase care hours
- Maintain high standards of governance, compliance, and person‑centred care in line with CQC expectations
- Lead, support and develop care staff while embedding a positive organisational culture
- Ensure operational efficiency and effective service delivery
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and growing a domiciliary care service
- Strong track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
- Demonstrated success in growing care hours and developing care packages
- Excellent understanding of local authority and NHS commissioning processes
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and drive service development
