Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a domiciliary care service from launch through to scale
  • Build strong working relationships with local authorities, NHS/ICB commissioners, hospital discharge teams and other healthcare professionals
  • Drive the development of new care packages and increase care hours
  • Maintain high standards of governance, compliance, and person‑centred care in line with CQC expectations
  • Lead, support and develop care staff while embedding a positive organisational culture
  • Ensure operational efficiency and effective service delivery

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing and growing a domiciliary care service
  • Strong track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
  • Demonstrated success in growing care hours and developing care packages
  • Excellent understanding of local authority and NHS commissioning processes
  • Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive service development
