About the Role

Registered Children's Home Manager – Up to £60,000 (Plus Bonus) – Full time – West Brom Area - 4 Bed EBD Children's Home. You will lead a therapeutic residential children's home in Greater Manchester, focusing on care and leadership. The central team supports HR, recruitment, training coordination, rota planning, and monthly reports, allowing you to concentrate on delivering exceptional care.

Requirements

  • Level 5 NVQ in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or enrolled and working toward completion)

  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and attachment-based practice
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Must meet Ofsted's ‘fit person’ criteria: Enhanced DBS clearance, Full reference checks, Verified employment history
