An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and motivated registered care manager to join a well-established care provider in Birmingham. This role is ideal for a passionate leader who is committed to delivering high quality person-centred care and leading a successful service. The successful candidate will oversee the daily running of the service, ensure compliance with CQC standards, support staff development, and maintain excellent levels of care and occupancy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the CQC registered manager for the service
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service
  • Ensure all care records are accurate and compliant
  • Oversee staff payroll and rota management
