The Role

  • Support the Registered Manager in the day‑to‑day running of four single‑bed learning disabilities homes.
  • Lead and support staff teams to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care.
  • Ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
  • Support care planning, safeguarding and placement stability.
  • Assist with staff supervision, rotas, audits and operational tasks.
  • Act as Manager in the absence of the Registered Manager.
  • Support inspection readiness and maintain high standards.

About You

  • Holds a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (essential).
  • Has experience in children’s residential settings, ideally with learning disabilities.
