An established specialist live-in care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager / Clinical Nurse Lead to take on a dual role combining regulatory leadership with clinical oversight. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically qualified manager to lead a growing service supporting individuals with complex needs in their own homes.

The Role

  • Act as CQC Registered Manager ensuring full regulatory compliance
  • Provide clinical leadership across all care packages
  • Develop, review and implement person-centred care plans
  • Conduct clinical and risk assessments
  • Manage safeguarding, incidents, complaints and risk
  • Support onboarding of new clients with complex clinical needs
  • Contribute to service growth, audits and quality assurance

Requirements

  • Active NMC PIN (Adult Nurse or equivalent)
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or readiness to step into registration
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks
  • Experience in complex or live-in care settings
  • Clinical experience across conditions such as spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury, Parkinson's, PEG feeding, catheter care and neurogenic bowel management
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care desirable
