An established, premium domiciliary care provider is seeking a driven Registered Manager to launch a new dual branch covering Barnsley and Wakefield. A rare "blank canvas" opportunity to build a branch from the ground up with real autonomy.
The Role
- Launch and lead the new branch from the ground up
- Recruit, onboard, and develop the care and office team
- Oversee care planning, quality assurance, and CQC compliance
- Manage rotas and ensure full coverage of care calls
- Drive branch growth and service development
- Provide on-call / back-up support and work every other weekend
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a care service or branch
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of CQC standards and care planning
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

- Starting salary £40,000 – £43,000 per annum
- Salary increases to £50,000 at 2,000 hours per week
