Location: Barnsley & Doncaster (office based in Barnsley)

Salary: £44,000 – £48,000 per annum branch performance bonus

Hours: 40 hours per week, Full-Time, Permanent

The Role:

  • Launch and lead the new branch from the ground up
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop staff at all levels
  • Lead, motivate, and support the branch team to deliver outstanding care
  • Conduct inductions, supervisions, appraisals, and performance management
  • Oversee care planning, reviews, and quality assurance
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC, safeguarding, and Health & Safety
  • Manage rotas, ensuring full coverage of client care calls
  • Drive branch growth and service development
  • Provide on-call/back-up support and work every other weekend

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the launch and ongoing operation of the dual-branch setting across Barnsley and Doncaster
  • Oversee day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service
  • Ensure high-quality care delivery and compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing a care service or branch
  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and care planning
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • Compassionate, team-focused, and growth-oriented approach
