As an Occupational Health Advisor (Case Manager), you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact on people's lives every day. What you'll be doing:

  • You will manage a diverse range of cases focusing on sickness absence referrals by carrying out consultations and writing reports, with no two days the same.
  • Your personal growth and professional development are a priority, and you will be guided and encouraged by our clinical trainers and your line manager to reach your full potential.

What we are looking for:

  • NMC registration, ideally part 3 with a postgraduate OH qualification.
  • Degree level education.
  • Strong communication and relationship skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines.

Location: You will be based at our client's site in Coventry one day every two weeks, the remaining time you will be working from home.

Hours: We are happy to consider applications for full and part‐time (min 3 days) working.

Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum (FTE)
