At Health Partners, we pride ourselves on being one of the UK's leading providers of occupational health and wellbeing solutions. We partner with organisations across diverse industries, helping them to support the physical and mental health of their employees.

Psych Health, part of the Health Partners group, is one of the leading providers of psychological services to the workplace sector. Established in 2008, we place our clinical work and the quality of it at the heart of everything we do. Working across a varied and rapidly expanding client base including employers, insurers and Occupational Health providers, we provide high quality psychological assessment and therapy across a diverse range of sectors.

As part of our mission to be known as the highest quality and most innovative mental health service in the UK, we have an exciting opportunity for a CBT Therapist to join our team on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of one day per week based at our client JLR's site in either Gaydon or Warwick (West Midlands). We are able to offer hybrid work arrangements, with a minimum of one day per week on-site at JLR, and the remaining days working from home.

We can offer hybrid contracts on either a part-time or full-time basis, ranging from a minimum of 2 days / 15 hours per week to a maximum of 5 days / 37.5 hours per week, catering to your work-life preferences. Working hours must include a Tuesday or a Thursday to attend weekly team meetings.

JLR have begun introducing on-site 'Centres for Wellbeing' (CfW) at 6 of their UK sites. The CfWs will provide a 'one-stop-shop' for reactive and preventative support for their employees covering three Wellbeing Pillars: MIND, BODY and LIFE. The CfWs aim to minimise employee illness, injury, and absence, whilst also working hard to restore function, both physical and psychological, after injury or illness.

This is a fast-paced, hybrid clinical role, where you'll have variety in your caseload and be treated as a valued member of the team. On a weekly basis, you'll deliver exceptional one-to-one brief, goal-oriented cognitive behavioural therapy treatment to a caseload of adult patients who are motivated to get well and presenting with varied clinical presentations and contextual factors, working both face-to-face and remotely.

You’ll also benefit from fortnightly individual clinical supervision and weekly team meetings, which rotate between specially in-house curated CPD sessions, training, peer supervision, self-care practices, and team business updates. You’ll also be supported to create a personalised annual development plan, crafted to realise your long-term professional ambitions.

What we are looking for:

  • BABCP accredited CBT Therapist.
  • Holder of a post-graduate diploma qualification in CBT.
  • Experience in a similar role, providing high intensity CBT interventions, ideally in primary care or workplace/Occupational Health settings.
  • Individuals who are keen to develop in their role as a CBT Therapist and learn new skills in new contexts.
  • A team-oriented individual who is eager to join and enhance our large and expanding collective of psychology professionals.
  • Experienced working with adults (essential) and has a broad range of clinical experience to draw upon.
  • Ideally, you will also have experience working with children, young people and families, although this is not essential.
  • Experience in designing and delivering mental health-related training sessions or workshops is highly desirable.
  • EMDR training is desirable.

Education & Qualifications: Masters Degree or Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Salary: £38,000 to £47,000 (FTE) pro-rata to days worked, depending on qualifications and experience.

Health Partners are committed to transforming the way health and wellbeing services are delivered in the UK. Our mission is simple: to empower people to lead healthier, happier, and more productive lives.

Diversity & Inclusion Statement: Health Partners are a proud member of the Disability Confident employer scheme. We’re happy to discuss flexible working arrangements for this role, should this be a requirement for you.
